To complete the picture, the KorAccess home screen includes a function devoted to tracking recently completed requests…

Summary-level records for your recently completed requests (with information such as the request ID; the requestor; the type and status of the request; and the overall age of the request) are listed after any pending requests. You may select a request in order to drill down up to two levels and see additional information. The first-level drill down includes a more detailed list of resources, requestees and approval history information; the second-level drill down includes a detailed accounting of each resource and a request history for every request/resource combination that specifies each step in the approval process. In the second-level drill down, there is also a re-request option that enables you to create a new request that “clones” the resources requested via the tracked request.

Besides re-requesting, this function is informational only; no other actions may be taken here.
